What is NDIS plan management?

Plan management is one of three ways to manage your NDIS funding. As your registered plan manager, we pay your providers, track your budget, and handle the admin — all funded separately by the NDIS at no cost to you.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Plan management is funded by the NDIS in addition to your other supports — the cost does not come out of your other budgets.

How do I switch to Sentinel?

Just register with us online, and we'll send a service agreement. You can switch at any time during your plan — the process usually takes just a few days.

How fast are invoices paid?

We process invoices daily. Most are paid within 1 to 2 business days of being submitted.

Can I see how my budget is tracking?

Yes — we send monthly statements and you can ask your dedicated plan manager any time. We keep things transparent so there are no surprises.
